I pay my cleaning lady 25$ an hour four 6h per week plus gas money because I am living in the sticks plus every Christmas and Birthday she gets a nice envelope with two weeks worth of pay extra. So I don't know why I should feel guilty about employing her.

And yes, of course, I continue to pay her right now even when she can't come because of the covid19 and school situation.
