I believe that the reports we have seen sighting the failures on the new bail reform laws were very much objective and accurate; backed up often by video evidence and legal documentation. Where is the proof from the legal professors that they were not accurate?

It is also incredibly irresponsible for these so called legal professors to tout that we are fear mongering because we don't want individuals who have attacked others on various occasions to just be released with no bail and no real supervision. We just have common sense.
