The majority of cops could benefit from a comprehensive training program that puts compassion back in police work. However there are bad cops out there who don’t care about the citizens, they just want to shoot or mame someone. #Blacklivesmatter

Based on the videos I've seen, the police seem to be trained to create confusion and use overwhelming force to quickly control the situation. Unfortunately, too many can't control themselves and they make the situation worse
