Can we no longer scan the file and submit via the Galaxkey secure file exchange? Having used it on a couple of occasions recently it seemed to be a really good system and easy to use.
We're resuming some of the processes paused during the coronavirus outbreak.
After 6 July 2020 we will be re-starting normal CRM7 claims process & will no longer accept these claims without the supporting case file.

Hi Jayne, sorry for the delay getting back to you. Whilst this was a temporary measure, we are looking at how we can expand the use of secure file exchange to more applications and assessments.
