Reminds me of a complaint I submitted against a local chiropractor - Kresimir Jug. Here's the relevant video cut. It's remarkable these people are able to become health professionals.pic.twitter.com/NrgODcVmlt

It’s remarkable and frightening.

I work nights, have depression which gets worse in the winter months. Dr wouldn’t order vitD lab to see if low levels were contributing to seasonal changes. Just told me to go get vitD supplements. Never said how much. Never warned about taking too much. I find this upsetting.

Seasonal affective disorder (SAD, most appropriate acronym ever), being more common in the north, comes down to a lack of sunlight exposure, resulting in a lack of vitamin D and an imbalance between serotonin and melatonin. Serum levels should be checked anyways, though.

Naturopaths are inherently quacks, but this guy took more than twice what the quack recommended.

These quacks are also treating and killing pets. I was treating a beautiful dog with an infected uterus. She needed to be spayed and antibiotics. Owner took her home because the owner’s naturopath said that was the wrong treatment and she needed more estrogenic foods. She died.

OMG! Who doesn't listen to a vet about an animal?!? I really don't have an issue w complementary/adjunctive medical therapies-I think they can be helpful. But people, if you go to a naturopath/holistic practitioner/anyone (even a chiropractor) & they claim they can 'cure': LEAVE!
