a good day is one where you get all your silly little rituals in, achieve two goals you set earlier that day, a nice surprise, and the promise of something the next day.

what tiny rituals make you feel like you’ve got yourself sorted? little 2 min things that every time you do them you feel 10x brighter? mine’s wiping down my bench. i do it about twice a day & each time i feel invincible. it’s at the point just smelling the spray’s a dopamine hit
I have seen Michael Flatley's opus Blackbird. And it's glorious. It soars like a pigeon into a jet engine.
Half way through it had me wishing Covid had closed cinemas for good. It's an incredible, excruciating vanity project. Glorious stuff. :
