@XboxSupport For some reason my Xbox won't stay connected to Xbox Live anymore, and I have to log back in about once a week. Suggestions?

@Leedzie I may have misunderstand, I think I get it. Any chance are you running a direct connection to a modem? or wireless?^KN
@XboxSupport1 Yes, I'm directly wired in and the system is set to auto-login. But about once a week it doesn't connect and asks me to do it.

@Leedzie when was the last time you entered/saved your network password in the connection settings on your console?^KN -
@XboxSupport1 Not since the last time it was changed, which was a while ago. It never had this problem with any other password if that helps - Antwoorden weergeven
