@XboxSupport For some reason my Xbox won't stay connected to Xbox Live anymore, and I have to log back in about once a week. Suggestions?

@Leedzie Oh, your profile is no longer on the console and you have to redownload it? ^RH
@XboxSupport No. When I start the Xbox it tells me to connect to Xbox Live, despite being set to auto-login and having a hardwire connection
