Ok, just seems to me as a resident that the City (BoS and Mayor) approach this issue as a one solution for everything: "more hotel rooms will solve the problems" I disagree with that approach, and the City's experience with some of the hotels should teach us all it doesn't work.
It’s a complex problem - including ppl who experience homelessness for very different reasons - and requires varied solutions. Shelter is key, not just hotels. Peskin has secured a youth Nav Center coming to 888 Post, 237 supportive housing beds at 1000 Sutter, fighting for more.
