Looks like the music was claimed with ContentID. You might have to ask your music licensing service to whitelist your channel. We had a similar problem a few months back (demonetized, but not taken down), and it cleared the instant we were whitelisted.

The music tracks are automatically listed below the video player, which only happens when they’re claimed in ContentID.

Yes but they've been claimed since it was uploaded, the film is not monetized by me so they get the green. They are happy with the green. It ain't them.
