    The answer to this quiz was (b) rid of. If you get rid of someone, it means you make them go away. In the case of Macbeth, that means permanently - by murdering them! You could also use 'do away with' here, which means to murder someone. Celebrate

    The correct answer was (c) gone. This is the present perfect tense - has + past participle. So 'went' is impossible! And 'been'? If someone has been on a trip, it means they went on a trip and came back already. 'She's gone on a trip' means she left recently and is still away.
