You're right. We need women to... -Work more overtime -Work longer and later hours -Sacrifice family for career -Have more workplace fatalities and injuries -Work dangerous and less desirable jobs Once these things happen, the gap fixes itself.
If a woman puts in equal hours and effort as a man does she will be payed the same in the United States. There isn't any debate on this. The equal pay act of 1963 wasn't for nothing, you know.

I am glad that women are finally getting the recognition that we deserve!!
We need to remember that it's not all women though. Some women—black and Latina—need to wait even longer. It's messed up that that the gap is even larger for them. The #GenderPayGap is ridiculous.
