New: Columbus designed a Black History Month cop car and put an MLK quote on it, "Be the peace you wish to see in the world." No historian I talked to, including the founding director of the King Papers Project, has ever seen this quote.

There's some talk about renewing efforts at police reform in Congress after Tyre Nichols' death. But it's very, very unlikely to go anywhere. Tim Scott is clearly still mad about the last negotiations and there's little interest in the GOP House.

New from me: The Ohio Department of Education has told me it's aware of the neo Nazi homeschooling network being run by a couple in Upper Sandusky and is now investigating it for "compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements."

In December, I visited anti-aging CEO Bryan Johnson in his Venice home. Here is my profile of a man who takes 100+ pills a day, hopes to become “biologically identical” to his teenage son and enjoys going to bed hungry. It is a story about male insecurity.

I went to the March for Life and the National Pro-Life Summit this weekend to report on the anti-abortion movement's future. What policies will it focus on? Will it splinter? Turns out, there's nothing that yokes people together like feeling persecuted.

A few things that happened at this fairly wild anti-abortion summit: - staffers made an *NSYNC music video to dance “Bye Bye Bye” to Roe - one staffer, dressed as Brett Kavanaugh, shoved a woman carrying a sign that read “Ruth Sent Us.”
