We've instituted an excise tax in Colorado on recreational #cannabis to supplement education, yet year after year they ask for mills and levies, and tax increases for schools?!? I don't appreciate rectal cancer from legislators 2nd hand smoke.
Why legalize #cannabis? How about salaries for 4,000 more teachers, for starters.
