2 permutations are significantly greater.
But, yep - my point was that you would have no idea.
But, equally important? It actually doesn't matter as same solution applies to all.

For what it’s worth, that diagram would be easier to read/take-in if it was a table, with the symptom names in the left-most column, and ticks in the cells for diseases that involve that particular row’s symptom.
