@LaxTechnology I keep getting a “No connect app server” error message on my C84428. I’ve power cycled and removed batteries but still have issues. Are the servers down?
Hi Adam, we're sorry for the outages this past week, our developers have been doing some maintenance on our backend servers. Also, when seeing this message there's no need to power cycle, your station should reconnect on its own.

Sorry about that, our support team says you may actually have to perform a power cycle following all of the steps in this video: http://bit.ly/LaCrosseView_Support_Vid_07 … ...it's about reconnecting your time after the DST update, but all of the steps involved are the same.
