@LaxTechnology how do I get my C84428 WX Station to receive info from NWS? I’m connected to WiFi.

Hi Brian, sorry for the super late response, but this service is controlled by the NWS, and though your station does have to be connected to the Internet to get this data, its Wi-Fi connection has nothing to do with getting updates from their servers.

These services should reconnect automatically (if they haven't done so already), so no need to reset your station or reinstall the app. We are truly sorry for this inconvenience.

App server down again? As is NWS connectivity. And don't blame my network -- it's fine. Can't LaCrosse figure this out?

I have never been able to connect to the NWS since I set up after Christmas. Your products don’t work.

Hi Guys, unfortunately yes, some of our app servers went down for a few hours last night. We apologize again for the inconvenience, but they should now be back up. Please let us know if you're still having problems.

As for the NWS updates, these should resolve on their own once the NWS servers are able to stabilize. However, we are looking into a more reliable solution for weather updates and will have more information about that in the coming months. We appreciate your patience.
