@LaxTechnology I’ve been trying to reach tech support, left messages, no answer and no return call. Not a good way to retain business. I’m about to try a different manufacturer.

RE case #947,614 - I tried everything that you emailed to me. The rain sensor reads “zeros”. I reset the sensor, put in new batteries, did a factory reset on the entire unit - still nothing. Bought 6/2017. I’d like a replacement rain sensor.
