Hi James, Unfortunately the TX62U-IT sensor was not designed to have its batteries replaced. If the issue is a black sensor, we recommend placing it under a lit lamp for 24 hours to see if it will charge. After this time, key the sensor to see if it works.

The same theory would apply here as well. Place the station, solar panel up, under a lit lamp for 24 hours to recharge the batteries. If this doesn't work, we'd recommend switching to standard alkalines - just make sure to move the battery switch to the DOWN position.
