I cannot add devices to the app, regardless of if I scan or manually try to add them. Have tried calling tech support and sent numerous forms to you guys... but no response!! Very frustrating. Is there anybody at tech support at all???

The NWS feed has been intermittent for two days now. App server connectivity is fine. 12/30/2017

We apologize for the NWS problems with your station. We are hoping that after this huge holiday rush their servers will be able to level out and begin pushing data to everyone again soon. These services should reconnect automatically. We are truly sorry for this inconvenience.
