Hi Pat, we apologize for the wait, however, this can take some time depending on a lot of factors. 1) Your location, 2) Your clock's location and the direction they are facing, 3) The clock model(s) you own and the size of their antennas, 4) Weather patterns ...ect.

Understood - any chance you'll ever come out with WT-3143AX1 that supports more than the traditional 4 time zones? Or maybe just lets you set an offset but still keeps synced? I need a bunch for some non-U.S. time zones. The manual option isn't sufficient.
