Remote sensor for indoor/outdoor thermometer has gone silent. Changing batteries and resetting central unit does not work. WS-9160U-IT.

Try a full reset of your station using the steps here: http://bit.ly/LaxTech_BasicRestart … If your temps still do not appear you'll likely need a new sensor. If you're under warranty we'll gladly send out a replacement once our support team is able to respond.

We are truly sorry to hear that. Someone from our support team will still be calling you shortly, as in most cases with a product just over a year old, we will still grant the warranty at not cost.
