Unfortunately, yes, this transition will require new hardware, but we do plan to compensate our past Weather Direct customers for this inconvenience. So keep an eye on your email, we will be in touch again soon regarding details about our new system.

That is correct. Previous Weather Direct customers should have received the email last week featuring our new stations. It also came with promo codes that offered huge discounts towards our new upgraded system. If you have any questions just let us know.
