Thanks for clarification. I thought the email was just trying to sell me a new system. I didn’t realize that my old system was now defunct.

Unfortunately, yes, this transition will require new hardware, but we do plan to compensate our past Weather Direct customers for this inconvenience. So keep an eye on your email, we will be in touch again soon regarding details about our new system.
