@LaxTechnology are servers down? I noticed my data hasn't updated on the app in 2 days. Followed all troubleshooting tips and can't still get data to show up on the app. WiFi is connected on the weather stations and it displays sensor data and internet data, but the app is blank.
We're deeply sorry for app updating trouble. It does appear that our servers are experiencing some technical issues starting as early as the morning of 4/12/20. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience and appreciate your patience as our team is works to get this resolved.
