Moving your clock near a window, away from other electronics, and having the front or back of it face Fort Collins, CO will help increase its chances of catching this signal and having it adjust your time automatically (typically happens within 3-5 nights).

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the WWVB signal will reach all locations. For instance, valleys, buildings, or strong radio signals can all cause interference, which can delay or even block this radio signal from reaching your clock. We are truly sorry for any inconvenience.

My older La Crosse did not have this issue, so I don't believe the problem is where I live or where I'm hanging the clock. It is still on EST. This is the last La Crosse product I will buy.
