@LaxTechnology V21-WTH displays the wrong time (4 hours earlier.)
Steps recommended for “missed DST change” didn't fix. All I got is a support number (CRM:0030173688)
Sent email indicating that if the problem isn’t fixed this week I will be returning the unit to the store
