Sorry for the trouble! Our most recent version of the La Crosse View app will require Location Services be enabled. To do this on iOS, enter your Settings app > La Crosse View > Permissions > Allow Location: Always or While Using App. Let us know if you still have issues.

That was not issue. Had to “train” app with 2.4ghz only legacy router to install SSID credentials. Unit and app need a lot of work. Average user would not have been able to implement this workaround.
