I just found out that our @LaxTechnology weather station, which we bought last winter specifically because I could add it to @wunderground's personal weather station network, doesn't actually work with WU.
While I'm annoyed, at least I get closure after a year's struggle with it

Hmm, I thought it was compatible when I bought it. A firmware update to add that support (and fix the silly daylight savings time bug, too) would make me a customer for life. Now I'm starting to shop around for a new station. Also, remove Weather Connect from the app stores.
We again apologize for any confusion here, however, our C84428 model was never designed, nor will ever be able, to work with WU. Our V40-PRO (still being sold by 3rd party sellers) can, and needs the Weather Connect app to do so. Sorry again for this inconvenience.
