@LaxTechnology My model C83100 has not been showing the wind speed for some time, and I don't see that I am connected. Pushed the "set" button, and it reads "no weather service." What does this mean and how can I fix the issue?

These are two separate issues. 1) The "no weather service" is on our end and will be corrected via firmware update here soon. 2) Are you not seeing wind speed just in the app or are you seeing dashes on your display as well?

I was incorrect on first tweet and meant wind direction, not wind speed.

Also, the form has model c83100-11 already picked, but my model number on the one I have is just c83100. Should I keep the one that is already there, c83100-11. Will it work with my sensors

Yes, please make sure to keep it on the C83100-11. This is for a replacement display only, as your sensors should not need to be replaced. As for your old unit, currently, we do not believe it will be able to be reconnected. Sorry again for these troubles.

So I filled out the form and it said it was successful. Any idea when I should get that? I thought I would get an email confirmation, but I did not. Is there any way to know when it is being shipped out?
