Well that’s good and all but do you think while you’re packing can someone answer your phone at tech support??? Recently purchased a weather station that wasn’t working and was wanting to get it fixed, unable to reach you guys...finally fixed it myself. I resoldered the antenna.

None of your phone numbers are working, including the sales number. The problem with the faulty rain sensor was that the antenna was not connected properly to the soldering point on the PCB. It appears to be working now.
