@LaxTechnology Purchased model C83100 at Costco. Manual says “Use the pull down stand on the back of your station to place on a desk or counter”
Costco unit does NOT have a pulldown stand. Submitted service request on line and left message - no answers (only service request #)

The video you posted clarified the issue: I screwed back the stand and pulled it out forcefully. It works! It takes force to pull it out and I was afraid of breaking it. Thanks!
