I'd love to see an OSI conference, but they don't have the resources for one. Open Core had plenty of VC-backed corporate sponsors. OSI? They operate on a shoe-string.

Yes, but they could raise those same dollars. When I started OSBC, I did it (literally) out of my basement...while watching reruns of The Simpsons. Guess who my first sponsor was? Microsoft. Bless you, Jason Matusow! :-)
