Can @POTUS legally pull @WHO funds? Congress appropriates funds for specific purposes & Executive branch is usually required to expend funds. But Trump could delay & disrupt. His refusal to fund would raise major ethical/legal implications - grounds for investigation & oversight
All for the stated purpose of WHO, but the political leadership is full of beans (totally respect people in the field). Tedros Adhanom did it to the organization based on his actions and he needs to go. Once he does and a real leader comes (Dr. Fauci like) funding should resume.
