I'm sincerely asking as a disabled person with a chronic respiratory condition requiring steroids. Chances of any of this infrastructure actually coming online? I'm not optimistic.
We are going to have to take measures to protect ourselves as well. I suggest people reduce their consumption of high-arginine foods, which provide the necessary materials for viruses to replicate. It won't protect you from exposure, but it will help your body cope w/virus.
