I've tweeted to support NYC's emerg declar requiring vacs. Religious communities should respect ph, esp vacs that are safe & effective. I do have 1 serious concern. NYC's order targets specific zip codes. This opens city to criticism of discriminating against specific religions.
NYC could have achieved its objectives w/o singling out Orthodox Jewish communities. The Mayor De Blasio's order should have applied equally to all NYC residents. It would be fairer and more effective than targeting specific zip codes.
