LVCC loop is a people mover system. It works as designed requested by the LVCVA. It cost $160 million less than the next closest bid for a people mover rail actually. Saved the city tons of money.

At least people in wheelchairs can use most of them easily.
So they can just ride their wheelchair right into the car, like a train, bus, elevator?
