Growing up in California, I remember studying Ishi. The title of one of the books, Ishi, Last of His Tribe, has always haunted me.

It’s so interesting. I’d like to read that. Have you seen the movie Wind Talkers? It’s abt the Navajo Code Talkers tht joined during WW2. . There’s 4 of them left now. It’s absolutely amazing.
