        One final thought: #SARSCoV2 effects on angiotensin and ACE2 inhibitors: Much of the burden of underlying conditions is hypertension and obesity. African American males are at high risk for hypertension. Should BP tests & hypertension mgmt be essential parts of #COVID19 care?

        What I suggest is, a benchmark is needed. Compare the proportion of confirmed diagnosis and death in each category. This will eliminate most of the interference factors, leaving only the differences in medical conditions.

        It can also count the hospitals where different ethnic groups are treated, score medical conditions and pay attention to the correlation between mortality and medical resources
