...I'm sure YouTube will reply telling me that I can file a dispute BUT all that does is again give power to the company who originally manually claimed it in the first place to decide if it's fair use or not. Which I mean... how is that going to be a 100% unbiased response?

...It also causes me to risk getting a copyright strike on my channel in the process? No thank you, it's not an actual solution. I no longer want to work for DAYS on a single video for ALL of the revenue to go straight to a company who doesn't understand what fair use is.

Most don't have timestamps & some DON'T EVEN SPECIFY THE CLIP OR AUDIO THEY ARE CLAIMING FOR!! That's what pisses me off most. There's some videos I have NO idea what content was even claimed for...

I dont blame you. The funny thing is that these companies are getting money in the short term but simultaneously are scaring creators to make content on tik tok at all which hurts tik tok in the long run then they will move on with another shady tactic to steal money.
