    The geniuses at finally figured this out minus the nefarious connections, naturally.

    Three different sources say a firm called "Shadow" developed the Iowa Dem caucus app. They haven't responded to comment, neither has Iowa Dem Party. The firm was paid by both Nevada & Iowa Democratic Party, disclosures show. Also by Mayor Pete's campaign.

    Pete Buttigieg managed to spike the most important poll which showed him in third the day before the caucus. He seems to have some ties to the company that developed the App that is supposed to count the vote totals. He is now declaring victory before ANY results are reported.

    Just as an FYI, Bernie's people planned for this and developed their own app for logging results. Assuming the precinct captains are inputting information, Bernie's camp should have accurate numbers even if no one else does.

    There are now reports that the app that caucus leaders are using to report Iowa results isn't working. Nobody knows who owns the app and there were major security concerns:

    Keep in mind the app whose failure is being blamed for the late results was developed by Robby Mook. Yes, that Robby Mook. Look for Rob to get a big promotion after this "failure".

    Developing: Iowa State Democratic Party spokesperson tells that it is putting caucus data through quality control procedures out of an abundance of caution and currently has no timetable for when any results would be released.

    Nevada has put out an APB to California volunteers to come in and run their caucus. They've been at it for several cycles and still don't have enough people to run it. Just completely unnecessary.

    Just spent the last few days talking to several DNC members. Looks like a significant group - not just progressives - are willing to vocally protest Bloomberg as a nominee. And in some cases, quit the DNC.
