    Hundreds will make it to the U.S. (again). The truth is, this is just another day at the border. We let in hundreds of "asylum-seekers" every day. The caravan will slowly disappear from the news cycle, but our border will continue to be raped.

    Last month, 16,658 family members were apprehended at the border. That's about 500/day. The caravan isn't an anomaly. Large groups of Central Americans turn themselves in at the border regularly. They're typically given a court date and then released.

    Geraldo is right - the wall will only slow them down. What we really need is legislative reform to fix our embarrassing asylum laws that allow illegals to take advantage of us in the first place. We need to succeed in the midterms.

    made up of desperate families seeking life of hope rather than despair. We can build but it would only slow them down. Every parent wants to give their children a better life. The only way to stop them is to improve conditions in their home countries.

    The Honduran caravan is currently being driven towards the USA on trucks! They may arrive sooner than expected. The government of Guatemala does little to stop them from reaching Mexico. will have to close the southern border.

    Cut funding and close the border! Shut it down.

    ....In addition to stopping all payments to these countries, which seem to have almost no control over their population, I must, in the strongest of terms, ask Mexico to stop this onslaught - and if unable to do so I will call up the U.S. Military and CLOSE OUR SOUTHERN BORDER!..
