    The hot topic in HR today is “diversity.” Diversity for women, for latinos, for African-Americans, etc. But these are actually vanity metrics at best (or total lies at worst) if the company requires a college degree for employment—whether or not they realize it.

    Just finished “War of Art.” If you’re a creative or feel like you have something big inside of you (a business, a book) then I highly recommend that you read it. It’s a quick read but wow does it pack a punch.

    Inspiration: charges me $8 everytime I want to talk to a support rep, even to pay them, and then anytime I go into the store, regardless of which one usually, the reps are anything but nice.
