ID has always been required when voting in Missouri — the 2016 constitutional change allowed for the state to require a *specific kind of photo ID* to vote, which does leave folks out. But Sen. Arthur's bill doesn’t impact ID requirements.

@robschaaf As my senator, where do you stand on this? Personally I can't understand why it's taken so long. I've lived in many states that allow, what's the issue?
