This is an important letter dated Jan 23, 2020 directed to POTUS from Former Navy SEAL Frank Larkin, whose son, also a former Navy SEAL, who committed suicide after a long battle with TBI and PTSD. The letter is published at SOFX - The Special Operations Forces Network.
(From Frank Larkin's letter to POTUS: Please explain your statement, “I don’t consider them (traumatic brain injury-TBI) very serious injuries relative to other injuries that I have seen” …followed by, “no, I do not consider that (TBI) to be bad injuries, no”.
Frank J. Larkin is a veteran of the U.S. Navy who served as a special warfare operator in the Navy SEALs, he worked in law enforcement as a police officer, detective and paramedic, and he also served for more than two decades in the United States Secret Service.
More recently, Mr. Larkin served as the United States Senate Sergeant at Arms, and lead the Joint Improvised Explosive Device Defeat Organization (JIEDDO) within the Department of Defense.

I work in the countries top pediatric TBI clinic. All I can say is that If people could spend a day with these patients, they’d remove him from office by Tuesday.
