Please. Stop. Cutting carbs. For fad diets. Your brain needs those and you gain the weight back as soon as you eat carbs again. Make maintainable lifestyle changes. Eat better. Stop setting yourself up for failure.

As someone who cut the majority of carbs from snacks/meals (still the occasional treat and always oatmeal for breakfast) and have been feeling significantly better both mentally and physically for 2+ years, can confirm it’s different for everyone. Carbs personally make me groggy

That sounds like it falls under the "maintainable lifestyle choices" category. I am not advocating that everyone eat the max amount of carbs per day. I am saying carbs are necessary. You cut the majority of carbs. You still eat carbs.

But yes for some people cutting them can be dangerous!! I know people who got very sick. It can’t be done all at once and sometimes it’s just a balance of less instead of none. But it’s impossible to say it’s universally beneficial OR dangerous because all bodies are different
