Please. Stop. Cutting carbs. For fad diets. Your brain needs those and you gain the weight back as soon as you eat carbs again. Make maintainable lifestyle changes. Eat better. Stop setting yourself up for failure.

Sure, I don't care about anyone's diets unless they're actively harming themselves (drinking bleach or something). But trained nutritionists and doctors have told me that carbs are necessary for good brain function for the majority of humans. I was merely sharing that advice.
