Please. Stop. Cutting carbs. For fad diets. Your brain needs those and you gain the weight back as soon as you eat carbs again. Make maintainable lifestyle changes. Eat better. Stop setting yourself up for failure.

Hence the specification of the "fad diet." If it's a change prescribed by a physician, that doesn't really fall under that umbrella.

Yeah but lots of people still consider it a "fad" because people are using it a lot, like being gluten free. I'm in the camp of "if your diet is working for you, rock out." I'd prefer not to diet shame. The only diet I won't support is Anorexia/Bulemia.
