Everything is private unless that person chooses to make it public. Just because you consider someone "in the public light" doesn't mean you have their consent to do what you want. We all have a right to privacy.

Are you having an issue disabling it/preventing it from being displayed? I know there's a setting I was able to choose a while back. (Though maybe they've removed that option recently?)

that's only on pro. It's disabled in pro but still available to the general public.
