Everything is private unless that person chooses to make it public. Just because you consider someone "in the public light" doesn't mean you have their consent to do what you want. We all have a right to privacy.
I know imdb is arguing that it's free speech to publish birthdays without an actor's consent, but what about an person's right to not have their identity stolen? If they had social security numbers they wouldn't be allowed to post those, so how is a full birthdate any different?

Are you having an issue disabling it/preventing it from being displayed? I know there's a setting I was able to choose a while back. (Though maybe they've removed that option recently?)

that's only on pro. It's disabled in pro but still available to the general public.
