What why
The majority of the story takes place in the first 30 min & aside from Farris I didn't like any of the characters. Then I got stuck in some storm I couldn't grind through and was like "this story isn't worth it." I WILL say that it introduced the job system and that was great.

3 I didn't get to play until the DS so it was well after I played 5, and 1 the characters were more like blank templates you could imagine characters into. But even then, 5 is faaaaaaaar from King.
